On February 27, 2023, a Travis County District Court ruled in favor of Cleveland Krist’s client, a leading healthcare transactions brokerage firm, and granted a temporary injunction in a trade secrets dispute involving alleged violations of contractual provisions related to non-competition, non-solicitation, and confidentiality. After a full evidentiary hearing, where Emi Lawson conducted a direct examination of the Chief Executive Officer of the Firm’s client, the state court granted the application and entered a temporary injunction. Tim Cleveland also appeared on behalf of the Firm’s client at the hearing.
