On October 26, 2023, an Austin court ruled in favor of Cleveland Krist’s client, a real estate developer, denying an application for temporary injunction filed by the plaintiff in a business divorce matter concerning a joint venture for a multi-million dollar real estate development.

The plaintiff‘s temporary injunction sought to force the Firm’s client to cease work on the project and give up his interest in the joint venture. After a full evidentiary hearing, where Gerard Bifulco served as lead counsel, presented argument on the legal requirements of the temporary injunction, and cross-examined numerous witnesses, the 459th Civil District Court, Travis County, denied the plaintiff’s application.  Ben Dillon also provided essential assistance in the successful representation of the Firm’s client.
