Effective January 1, 2023, Gerard Bifulco has become a Partner of Cleveland Krist PLLC. Mr. Bifulco, a co-founder of Cleveland Krist, was the first associate hired by the firm, and he has been an integral part of the firm since its inception. He previously practiced commercial litigation with Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and Chaffetz Lindsay LLP in New York City. Prior to private practice, Mr. Bifulco clerked for the Honorable Orinda D. Evans, United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the Honorable Catharina Haynes, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He is a graduate of Emory University School of Law, where he was a member of the Emory Law Journal and the Order of the Coif, and of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he graduated with distinction.
