On April 14, 2022, Cleveland Krist prevailed for a shipping and logistics company client in a multimillion-dollar arbitration that included claims for breach of contract, tortious interference, and fraud. The final evidentiary hearing took place the week of March 1, 2022 in Dallas, Texas. Tim Cleveland and Gerard Bifulco defeated nearly $8 million of claims asserted by the opposing party for tortious interference with contract, and the firm’s client recovered all amounts sought for its own breach of contract claim.
