On June 17, 2022, an arbitration panel sitting in New York, New York ruled in favor of Cleveland Krist’s client, a Texas medical supplies company, in a multimillion-dollar dispute with a competitor that included claims for breach of contract and fraud. Cleveland Krist lawyers Tim Cleveland and Gerard Bifulco tried the commercial arbitration at an evidentiary hearing in February 2022, and submitted extensive post-hearing briefing at the request of the arbitrators. Cleveland Krist’s client obtained a seven-figure award that included all attorneys’ fees and costs in a unanimous ruling by the arbitration panel.
