On March 24, 2022, Cleveland Krist successfully secured the dismissal of numerous claims against an Austin medical supply-chain company that was sued in federal court in California for fraud, conversion, and related RICO violations. After Austin Krist and Tim Cleveland filed motions to dismiss for the Firm’s client on two separate occasions, the district court indicated that it would dismiss the claims against our client and the opposing party ultimately dismissed the claims to avoid an adverse ruling.
